Junior
Development Program
The junior developmental program is designed for
rowers with at least one prior season of rowing experience. The
TBC Developmental program is intended to give rowers a high level
of technical instruction, along with fitness and strength training.
Our coaching staff is drawn from the best coaches in the area,
and we believe that the instruction we provide is the finest possible
preparation for future seasons at the high school or college freshman
