Intermediate
Sweep Rowing
The intermediate sweep class is designed to be both
the second step for graduates of the learn-to-row program and a
less time-consuming alternative for moderately experienced rowers.
The class is instructed by Brad Smith, and focuses on technique
and fitness. This class can be joined at any time during the season.

6 – 7:30AM. Spring practices are Monday, Tuesday, Thurday and Friday; Summer and Fall practices run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. |
