The Junior Community and Recreational Programs are for junior rowers with previous racing experience and competitors who will meet the age requirements in relation to specific regattas. A non-refundable $75 payment is required on the start date of the Junior Community and Recreational Programs for the try-out period. The remaining balance will also be required if individual is selected for the Junior Community and Recreational team on TBD. All rowers participating in away racing competition must sign a waiver (61KB/2 pgs) before being allowed to join TBC racing programs. Coxswains are not required to pay for program participation but are also required to sign a waiver. Rowers not making the Community and Recreational team can opt for participation in the Junior Developmental program. The full separate fee is required for Junior Developmental participation. All TBC community and recreational program rowers must be members of USRowing to participate in USRowing events. For schedule of tentative summer races go to the Thompson Boat Center Calendar section. Sign-up begins May and can be paid and made following registration directions below.
