to Row Sweep
The Learn to row sweep program teaches the use of the 4- and 8- person rowing shells. This class leads into the intermediate and community and recreational adult sweep programs. The class focuses on the basic techniques required to safely operate a rowing shell, basic fitness, teamwork training, along with all aspects of the sport of rowing. This class is ideal for those looking for a low-impact, cardiovascular team sport; come with friends or come meet a new group of people while engaging in a great fitness activity!

Learn to Row is a two week
program, beginning every other Monday and ending every
other Friday. Available sessions are listed below:

Practice Times
|
There are two sessions per day for learn-to-row. All morning sessions will run from 6am-7:30am. All afternoon sessions will run from 6pm – 7:30pm.
