Thompson Boat Center-Intermediate Sweep

The Learn to row sweep program teaches the use of the four and eight person rowing shells. This class leads into the intermediate and competitive adult sweep programs. The class focuses on the basic techniques required to safely operate a rowing shell, along with basic fitness and teamwork training. This class is ideal for those looking for a low-impact, cardiovascular team sport; come with friends or come meet a new group of people while engaging in a great fitness activity!

Program Information: 2008
Program Dates	Learn to Row is a two week program, beginning every other Monday and ending every other Friday. Available sessions are listed below: April 21- May 2 AM May 12-May 23 AM & PM June 2 – June 13AM June 9 – June 20 PM June 16 – June 27 AM July 7– July 18 AM & PM July 21 – August 1 AM August 4 – August 15 AM & PM August 18 – August 29 AM September 1 – September 12 AM & PM
Program Cost	Training fee: $250.00
Practice Times	There are two sessions per day for learn-to-row. All morning sessions will run from 6am-7:30am. All afternoon sessions will run from 6 – 7:30 PM.
