Open
Women's Competitive Program
The TBC open women's program began in 2004 and has
quickly become a major gathering point for talented college and
post-college rowers. The training regime is challenging, with the
goal of preparing rowers to compete at the senior and elite level
in national competition, from the Dad Vail to IRAs to US National
